Moore College Sunday resources
When:
From Sunday 6 August 2023
If you can’t hold Moore College Sunday on 6 August, that’s OK. We value your prayers and support of our College, and will have resources available for the rest of the year!
What:
The Moore College community brings every need to God in prayer. Through those prayers over the last 160+ years, God has raised up generations of Christians who love Him, know His Word and who are committed to proclaiming that Gospel to the world. Will you pray for the work of the College?
Moore College Sunday is held on the first Sunday in August every year in Anglican Churches across the Sydney Diocese. The aim of Moore College Sunday is to set aside a specific day to thank God for the mighty work he has done through the Moore College community over the past year. In supplication, we also ask that He would further bless and sustain us in training people to proclaim the Gospel in this city, the nation and around the world.
Our faculty members are scheduled to speak at various churches throughout the Diocese on the day and every church is welcome to share the video stories of our students and the prayer requests that they have. We hope that these provide opportunities for edification, strengthening our fellowship and mutual support in Gospel ministry with you.
We also pray for the local community as a college. The College is committed to praying through any prayer requests that we receive and encourage people to send these through our ‘Partnering in Prayer’ section on the Moore College Sunday page.
