CMD Workshop – Developing a Leadership Pipeline

Developing a Leadership Pipeline

Many people talk about developing a “Leadership Pipeline”. This workshop aims to help church leaders think through the concept of a church leadership pipeline for men and women in ministry and then how to develop a leadership pipeline specific to your church ministry. This workshop focuses on the sort of work each church must do before they think about developing resources for training.

Craig Glassock (pictured), CMD Consultant, will be facilitating this workshop
