Emily completed Moore College over ten years ago, and has been involved in ministry with her husband since that time. She is married to Stephen Gilmour, who is currently the rector of Sans Souci Anglican Church, and they have two sons. Emily has been involved in ministry in a number of contexts, including with Campus Bible Study at the UNSW, and also in a number of churches in Sydney’s South-West and North Shore.
Emily enjoys meeting up with women to disciple, train and encourage them, and especially loves having people over to her home for a good meal. She is excited to be able to play a part in the training and pastoral care of women at Moore College as they prepare for a life of ministry.
Outside of her ministry roles, Emily has worked as a Counsellor and Speech Pathologist, and is currently working a day a week at a Speech Pathology practice in Randwick. She would love prayer as she begins her new role as a Chaplain that she would adjust quickly to this role and be a blessing to the college community.
