The Rev Dr Andrew Shead

Head of Old Testament Department
Lectures in Hebrew, Old Testament and Music

“I just want to teach people to read the bible really well”

Andrew is married to Jean and they have three children, Katie, David and Sophie.  Andrew has taught Hebrew and Old Testament at Moore College since before the children were born.  Between teaching – which he never tires of – he writes on Jeremiah and the Septuagint.  He also loves playing the piano alone, watching films with Jean, reading with his children and building sandcastles on Balmoral Beach whether the others join in or not.
