About the role
We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills to provide administrative support to the Dean of Students and Dean of Women. This is a permanent part-time position (19 hours per week).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with a range of staff and students and will be responsible for:
- Diary and email management for the Dean of Students and Dean of Women, including arranging appointments and responding to routine requests
- Coordinating the administrative aspects of the Ordination candidacy process in conjunction with the Registrar’s department
- Assisting in the production of video content for student education in collaboration with the Communications and IT teams
About you
The successful candidate will meet the following essential selection criteria:
- Active membership of a Christian church
- Experience in administration, reception or customer service
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and professional presentation
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and solve problems
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and databases
- Ability to work independently and actively using initiative
- Ability to support and promote the Christian Vision, Mission and Values of Moore Theological College
It is desirable that you also have:
- Experience in a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Secretary role
- Experience in the higher education and/or not-for-profit sector
- Understanding of the Sydney Anglican diocese
