Student Email Account
Your Moore College student email account will be closed down after graduation for all exiting students. Please export any emails, contacts or calendar events that you would like to keep from this account and update your email address with any third party providers that are sending you email or that you sign into their site with your Moore account.
OneDrive
If you have files stored in OneDrive that you would like to keep accessing after graduation you will need to download those files or transfer them to another OneDrive account.
Microsoft Office Apps
Your license to use Office apps on your devices will expire when your account is closed down after graduation. You will need to obtain another license or use Microsoft 365 Online for free.
LSS
Your access to the LSS will cease after graduation. Please make sure that you download any materials you want access to in the future (such as essays, assignments or resources).
Library Access
Alumni are eligible for a free, 5-year library membership.
Covenant Eyes
If you are using Covenant Eyes through College your account will be shut down after graduation. We strongly encourage you to keep using this (or a similar) system to keep you accountable in your internet usage. You may convert your College Covenant Eyes account to a personal account. If you wish to discontinue using Covenant Eyes, you will need to obtain an uninstall password from the College. If you don’t transfer or uninstall before your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access the internet on that device.
Update your contact details
Please log into https://my.moore.edu.au (using your Moore ID and existing password) and check that your contact details are up to date. This site will continue to be available to you after you leave College to enable you to view and update your contact details.
