Tania Snowdon

March 7, 2025 by Moore College

Graduated 2009.

After completing four years at Moore College, Tanya Snowdon and her husband, Michael, followed God’s call into ministry overseas. Serving with CMS in Spain for nine years, they experienced the challenges and joys of gospel work—walking alongside young people, discipling teenagers, and witnessing small Bible study groups take root in schools.

Returning to Australia two years ago, Tanya now works with CMS part-time, encouraging and equipping others to step out in faith and take the gospel into God’s world.

Gavin Rosser

February 3, 2025 by Moore College

Graduated 2006.

Gavin Rosser, along with his wife Megan and their family, serves with the Anglican Church in Amman, Jordan, through CMS. After 17 years of ministry in Sydney, Gavin followed a long-held calling to minister in a region where Christ is less known. He considers it a privilege to support the church in Jordan, serving alongside believers who are faithfully sharing Jesus in a challenging context. Reflecting Paul’s heart for gospel work, Gavin asks for prayer as they continue this vital ministry.

Tom & Hannah Pountain

January 31, 2025 by Moore College

Graduated 2018.

Tom and Hannah Pountain’s journey into ministry began with an unexpected gospel encounter—Tom became a Christian while studying theology at a secular university. His early growth in faith led to a passion for ministering to university students, which eventually brought the couple to Moore College, drawn by its reputation for faithfully equipping Bible teachers. Now serving in Australia, they encounter both the challenges and joys of ministering to a transient community. Their outreach includes children’s programs, where young lives are being transformed by the gospel. They ask for prayer to remain faithful and that many would come to know Christ.

Neil Flower

January 24, 2025 by Moore College

Graduated 1966.

For Neil Flower, studying at Moore College was a formative experience, helping him to systematize and understand the Bible’s teaching about God, people, and life. Over the past 16 years of retirement, Neil has travelled across Australia—from Karratha to Lord Howe Island—serving in locum roles, leading evangelistic missions, and teaching the Bible. His passion for evangelism continues to drive him, finding no greater joy than seeing people commit their lives to Christ. Neil encourages churches to pray for their ministers, that they would stay sharp in their mission to lead, disciple, and build up God’s people.

Daniel Faricy

January 22, 2025 by Moore College

Graduated 2010.

Daniel Faricy and his family followed God’s call beyond Sydney to serve in the Diocese of North West Australia, ministering in Kununurra with Bush Church Aid. While they have seen great openness to the gospel, the transient nature of the town presents challenges in building long-term relationships. Yet, they remain committed to sharing Jesus and sending people on with a kingdom focus. Daniel asks for prayer for wisdom in reaching the community and for their children to grow as strong disciples of Christ.
