Mike Hastie

March 21, 2025 by Moore College

Graduated 2014.

Mike once dreamed of becoming an aeronautical engineer—but as God worked through the encouragement of others, he followed a different calling: gospel ministry.

Now serving at Toongabbie Anglican Church, he’s passionate about seeing a diverse community brought together by Christ. Perched on a hill between the Hills District and South Asian communities, the church is a vibrant picture of God’s mission.

Mike is energised by the opportunities and challenges of suburban ministry, but asks for prayer that their ministry community would be moved to continue in their pursuit of reaching people with the gospel.

Mandy Curley

March 16, 2025 by Moore College

Graduated 2006 & 2016.

Mandy’s journey to calling Christ her Lord and Saviour started when she was a young girl on family holidays where she would hear the gospel each year from a beach mission team. After putting her trust in the Lord, Mandy continued to grow in her faith and love for the Lord through the faithfulness of the teaching at her uni Christian group.

Coming to College to be trained and equipped to share the gospel was the natural next step. Since graduation Mandy has spent time in various ministries, most recently landing at Christ Church Gladesville as Minister for Membership. Mandy has the joy of walking alongside the members of Christ Church through all seasons of life, including the hard ones, which led her and the team there to start services of Comfort and Hope.

Please pray for Mandy as she continues to faithfully serve the Lord with all that she does in her ministry at Gladesville and beyond.

Tania Snowdon

March 7, 2025 by Moore College

Graduated 2009.

After completing four years at Moore College, Tanya Snowdon and her husband, Michael, followed God’s call into ministry overseas. Serving with CMS in Spain for nine years, they experienced the challenges and joys of gospel work—walking alongside young people, discipling teenagers, and witnessing small Bible study groups take root in schools.

Returning to Australia two years ago, Tanya now works with CMS part-time, encouraging and equipping others to step out in faith and take the gospel into God’s world.

Gavin Rosser

February 3, 2025 by Moore College

Graduated 2006.

Gavin Rosser, along with his wife Megan and their family, serves with the Anglican Church in Amman, Jordan, through CMS. After 17 years of ministry in Sydney, Gavin followed a long-held calling to minister in a region where Christ is less known.
